We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Admin to support internal operations, CRM management, and administrative processes across the team. This is a permanent, long-term opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys structured administrative work, thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment, and takes pride in organization and accuracy.Pay: $52k - $55kFully RemoteGreat BenefitsThis role will primarily support internal Client Advocates, Account Managers, and leadership through Salesforce cleanup and maintenance, operational support, documentation management, and day-to-day coordination tasks.The ideal candidate is proactive, process-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing detailed administrative responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain, update, and clean up Salesforce CRM records and internal client dataAssist with organization and accuracy of internal systems, documentation, and workflowsSupport internal Client Advocates, Account Managers, and leadership with administrative and operational tasksManage and track internal requests, follow-ups, and workflow itemsMaintain detailed notes and documentation within CRM and internal systemsAssist with onboarding support, enrollment coordination, and operational setup tasks as neededCoordinate internally across departments to ensure timely completion of projects and assignmentsSupport reporting, data entry, and administrative projects as assignedParticipate in internal meetings, training sessions, and operational discussionsQualifications2+ years of administrative, operations, coordinator, or support experience within a professional/corporate environmentStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailComfortable managing repetitive administrative and data-focused tasksExperience working within CRM systems such as Salesforce strongly preferredProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and WordStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and work independentlyProfessional, personable, and team-oriented attitudeInsurance, benefits administration, or financial services industry exposure is a plus but not required
