ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Employee SupportServe as first point of contact; greet and assist employees, applicants, and visitorsAnswer and route calls, emails, and general HR inquiriesFile & Records ManagementScan, upload, file, and maintain employee records (paper and electronic)Support digital recordkeeping and track HR documents (e.g., evaluations, disciplinary actions)Ensure accuracy and compliance with record retention standardsAdministrative & Office SupportPrepare basic HR documents (forms, memos, letters)Maintain front office organization, mail distribution, and supply inventorySubmit and follow up on work orders as neededOnboarding & Recruiting SupportAssist with new hire orientation logistics (room setup, materials, folders)Maintain onboarding supplies and provide backup support during sessionsSupport recruiting efforts, including outreach events and candidate flowEvents & General SupportAssist with employee event setup and breakdownUpdate and post HR communications (flyers, postings)Utilize Microsoft Office and HR systems for daily tasksSupport HR team with projects and additional duties as assignedRequired HoursMonday - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMTuesday - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMWednesday - 10:30 AM - 7:00 PMThursday - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMFriday - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMAdditional BenefitsEnjoy 30 consecutive days of free rides for new hires with DART and earn reimbursements via Delaware Commute SolutionsStarting Compensation$17.50/hrPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
