Coverage Needed ASAP - Ongoing 1-2 providers per coverage dates Schedule 7/24 7a-3p 8/4 7a-3p 8/7 7a-3p 8/24 7a-3p 9/11 " 9 16-10/20 - 2 docs 11/20-11/24 - 2 docs 12/11- 12 26 " 12/292 - docs Clinical Details Patients per day: 4-8 Patient Population/Age: All ages Department Description: We do a lot of geriatric fractures urology general surgery no bariatrics advanced breast cancer surgery total joints and ALL endoscopy under Propofol infusion. 3000 OR cases and 3000 endoscopy cases/year. 500 OB deliveries per year. Hospital Bed size: 87 Skills: Current OB anesthesia skills and energy/ability to cover OB plus OR and endoscopy at night and on weekends is a must. The locums anesthesiologist will always have a CRNA to back them up. Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible Active AZ License Active DEA 1 Year minimum Experience ACLS $200 hotel clearance per night Support Staff CRNAs Nurses EMR Cerner
