Leasing Administrative Assistant
The Part-Time Leasing Administrative Assistant will support the leasing team by providing administrative assistance, managing lease documentation, coordinating with potential and current residents, and ensuring efficient operations within the leasing office. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Preparing reviewing, and managementing lease agreements and documentation.
- Process rental applications, conduct background screenings, and verify applicant information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenants and potential tenants in the property management system.
- Schedule and coordinate property tours and appointments for prospective tenants.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants regarding availability, lease terms, and property features.
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and promotional activities to attract new tenants.
- Manage the leasing office's email inbox, correspondence, and phone calls.
- Support special projects and initiatives as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
