Key Responsibilities Provide legal consulting on a range of labor and employment law matters Assist clients in developing employment policies, agreements, and handbooks Engage in flexible work arrangements, including full-time or part-time schedules Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience as an employment attorney Broad knowledge of employment law areas such as Title VII, ADA, and wage and hour laws Preferred experience in a corporate practice group of a large law firm or in-house Licensed to practice law with excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school Outstanding professional references
