Attorney/Lawyer
DescriptionOur client is seeking a Litigation Attorney to manage personal injury matters from inception through resolution. This role is ideal for an attorney who can independently handle all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.Key Responsibilities:+ Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through settlement, trial, or verdict+ Conduct case assessments and develop litigation strategy+ Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses+ Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts+ Attend court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials+ Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and insurance carriers+ Negotiate settlements and evaluate damages, liability, and exposure+ Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely case progression+ Maintain accurate case files, deadlines, and documentationRequirements+ Active Georgia bar required+ Experience handling personal injury litigation from start to finish+ Strong knowledge of civil procedure, discovery, and trial preparation+ Proven legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills+ Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment (average 60-75 cases)+ Strong negotiation and client relationship skillsRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
