Salary and Benefits Salary range $110,000 - $120,000 (Depending on experience) Health Insurance Amerihealth (Employee covers 70%) Dental Horizon Dental Total Care Vision Insurance Vacation: 4 weeks (160 Hours) Holidays: 9 days annually Personal Days: 2 days annually (16 hours) Sick Time: 5 days accrued annually (40 hours) Bereavement: 5 days (40 hours) for immediate family Continuing Education (CE): 5 days and $2000 Life Insurance 3x annual salary up to $250,000 Education Loan Repayment Eligibility Free Parking at facilities Supplemental Life, AD&D, Critical Illness and Accident Insurance Temporary Disability: NJ State Plan Long-Term Disability: 60% of salary up to age 65(Own occupation; 1st of the month after 1 year) Tax-Sheltered Annuity: 403(b)(After one year of employment 50% match, up to 3% of annual salary) Responsibilities Monday Friday 8AM 5PM with one late day Designated admin time Seeing 18-24 patients per day Rotating with other providers for on call responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physical assessments through interviews and patient history reviews Accurately diagnose health conditions based on assessments, labs, diagnostics, and medical records Develop, implement, and manage individualized care plans for patients Monitor and document patient progress and therapeutic responses Order labs, diagnostics, and make specialist referrals as necessary Coordinate care plans including discharge and follow-up instructions Facilitate collaboration among healthcare staff for integrated patient care Prescribe medications in accordance with State, Federal, and organizational regulations Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and pursue continuing education Review patient records in conjunction with collaborating physicians Requirements Master s degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New Jersey Valid CDS, DEA, and CPR certification Experience in a family practice or community health setting is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bilingual in Spanish preferred About Us Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm that is bridging the gap between healthcare companies and high-quality candidates.
