Support Activities for Air TransportationPrivate HouseholdsTechnical and Trade SchoolsSchool and Employee Bus TransportationSupport Activities for Road TransportationJob DetailsDescriptionHourly NonExempt PositionCompany: Texas Brine New York, LLCResponsibilitiesMust safely perform all ongoing operations of the facility utilizing both computerized and manual systems.Analyze brine samples.Must be able to run all assets – includes all surface pumps, pipelines, surface piping, valves, brine Wells, water wells, filtration equipment, and pipeline to customer.Must be able to maintain raw brine and return brine inventories.Also responsible for monitoring site security and notifying the proper authorities and management when a breach occurs, and are responsible for responding effectively to an emergency, including proper notification and securing equipment.Must be able to communicate professionally with others.Must be able to clearly and effectively make a shift change with other operators.Must be able to follow all Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security Policies.Must be able to come to work on time, per the allotted scheduled dates.Must be willing and capable of learning.Must be able to think quickly and appropriately react in a fast-paced, remotely controlled environment.Must have basic mechanical and electrical aptitude.Must pass a test demonstrating the ability to calculate flow, pressure, and tank levels.Fill in for others as needed.Performing maintenance on equipment.Mowing, trimming, and plowing throughout the brine field.Basic electrical troubleshooting and repair.Brine Well Building maintenance (cleaning, painting, etc.)Wellhead maintenance.Office housekeeping.Bathroom housekeeping.Light vehicle maintenance.Loading and unloading equipment and materials using a forklift and/or a backhoe.Perform as part of the tank cleanout team.Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED.Technical School Graduate (Preferred).Special Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesGeneral working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).Identify equipment issues and write work notifications for repairs or maintenance.Analytical Skills.Ability to innovate and solve problems.Clear and concise verbal and written skills.Self-starter with strong initiative.Excellent interpersonal skills.Interest in collaboration and strong team player.Working ConditionsInside and outside environment; sometimes in inclement weather and in varying outdoor temperatures.On call 24 hours and work 12-Hour Rotating Shifts.Other RequirementsMust be able to complete and pass pre-employment checks to include, but not limited to, a post-offer physical, background, drug, references, and education. Must have a clean driving record.
