Position Title:Career Technical Education Instructor - Career AssessmentReports To:CTE DirectorPosition Summary:The Career Assessment Coordinator supports the implementation and management of career readiness assessments, and technical skill evaluations within the high school Career Technical Education (CTE) programs. This position ensures compliance with state and federal guidelines while coordinating testing logistics, data reporting, and student career tracking to support career pathway success.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assessment CoordinationSchedule, organize, and oversee career assessment testing across CTE programs.Serve as liaison between the districts and MillstreamEnsure testing security and complianceMaintain testing calendars and communicate timelines to staff, students and parentsHold meetings to discuss results of testing with parents and studentsData Management & ReportingTrack student eligibility and participation in career assessments.Collect, verify, and submit assessment dataMaintain accurate records of student outcomes.Assist in analyzing assessment data to support program improvement and enrollment.Program SupportHelp with recruitment effortsAssist in coordinating accommodations for students with IEPs/504 plans.Compliance & AccountabilityEnsure alignment with state CTE accountability measures.Monitor compliance with testing security policies and confidentiality requirements.Participate in state audits, program reviews, and monitoring visits.Maintain documentation of all career assessmentsQualifications:Required:Bachelor's degree in education, administration, business, or related field.Experience in secondary education or CTE programsStrong organizational, data management, and communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and testing security standards.Preferred:Experience with state CTE reporting systems.Administrative or leadership experience within a school setting.Background in data analysis or student information systems.Work Environment:Office and school-based environment.Occasional evening or extended hoursCollaboration with multiple school districtsEvaluation:
