The organization is committed to a "People Come First" philosophy, focusing on responsive service and quality outcomes for both clients and partners.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Estimator role located in Littleton, CO. The Estimator will inspect residential and commercial properties affected by events such as water, fire, mold, storm, or impact damage, documenting conditions through measurements, photos, and detailed notes. This role will prepare accurate and timely restoration estimates using industry-standard software, interpret scopes of work, and update estimates as project conditions change. The Estimator will collaborate closely with project managers, field teams, and subcontractors to validate costs and schedules, and will communicate clearly with customers, adjusters, and insurance representatives to explain findings and resolve questions. Daily responsibilities also include tracking job progress, supporting change orders, maintaining organized project files, and ensuring estimates align with company standards, safety requirements, and applicable building codes.QualificationsStrong estimating skills in the restoration or construction industry, including experience assessing water, fire, mold, and storm-related damage.Proficiency with estimating and project management software (e.g., Xactimate or similar platforms), as well as basic MS Office or Google Workspace tools.Ability to read and interpret drawings, scopes of work, and specifications, and translate them into detailed, accurate cost estimates.Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with property owners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of restoration industry practices, building codes, and insurance-related processes is strongly preferred.Valid driver's license, reliable transportation for site visits, and ability to conduct on-site inspections, including climbing ladders and accessing confined or elevated areas as needed.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training, trade school, or certifications (e.g., IICRC) in restoration or construction are a plus.Previous experience in restoration, construction estimating, or a related field is preferred, but candidates with strong transferable skills are encouraged to apply.J-18808-Ljbffr
