Residential & Commercial Remodeling Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee residential & commercial remodeling projects from handoff through completion. This role is being hired during a growth phase and focuses on bringing structure, consistency, and accountability to our production operations before we expand our Project Management team. The Production Manager will be hands-on initially, managing schedules, budgets, quality standards, subcontractors, and jobsite safety while building clear, repeatable production systems. As the company grows, this role will evolve to include hiring, training, and leading Project Managers using the systems established during the early phase.
