The Vendor Contract Administrator will work closely with the Director, Partnerships and Alliances, and the Program Manager to ensure that all aspects of the vendor management lifecycle are managed in a coordinated, efficient, and organized manner. Important components include maintaining and leveraging the contract management system for reporting purposes, monitoring the performance of vendor contracts, ensuring the receipt of required reports, and tracking privacy and security controls for vendors. Responsible for assisting in the management and administration of contracts related vendors and agreements. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, tracking contract milestones, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain accuracy and completeness of the contract management system
Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of vendor contracts
Design process flows and evaluate efficiencies
Work with internal contacts to resolve technical issues
Manage Vendor Management SharePoint site
o Work to improve the functionality and ease of use of the site
o Load and update reference documents as necessary
o Manage Access as needed
Oversee vendor service levels and performance guarantees
Assist with the renewal and termination process for contracts utilizing automated notice functions and manual follow-up as needed
Hold self and others accountable to meet commitments.
Persist in accomplishing objectives to consistently achieve results despite any obstacles and setbacks that arise.
Build strong relationships and infrastructures that designate Mass General Brigham Health Plan as a people-first organization.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree required
Experience
At least 1-2 years of experience in contract administration or a related role preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Basic knowledge of contract management principles and practices in a healthcare context is highly preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate recordkeeping and tracking of contract milestones.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication between stakeholders
Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office applications Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Familiarity with Visio and SharePoint) and contract management systems.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
Strong ethics and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in contract management
Demonstration of the ability to multi-task and problem solve
SharePoint and QNXT is a plus
