Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU provides specialized, high-acuity care for critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit. Responsible for continuous patient assessment, monitoring, and intervention, including advanced hemodynamic support, ventilator management, and administration of complex medications. Requirements Requirements / Qualifications: Active RN License in the state of practice. BLS Certification required; ACLS Certification required. Minimum of 2–3 years critical care experience in ICU, CCU, or similar acute care setting. Proficient in critical care nursing skills: ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced cardiac life support. Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment with critically ill patients.
