This role is primarily backend-focused and involves hands-on development using .NET, C#, and WPF. The team is currently working on a platform integration involving a Charter system and a Cox platform, so the ideal candidate should be comfortable working in complex enterprise environments with multiple systems and integrations.While there is some Angular on the front end, the majority of the work will focus on backend application development, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise portal applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and enhance backend applications using .NET and C#Support and maintain portal applications used in call center environmentsWork on integration efforts between enterprise systems and platformsMaintain, enhance, and troubleshoot WPF-based applicationsCollaborate with internal development teams, business users, and technical stakeholdersDebug, troubleshoot, and improve existing applications for performance and reliabilityWrite clean, scalable, and production-ready codeParticipate in technical discussions and support ongoing application enhancementsRequired SkillsStrong experience with .NET developmentStrong hands-on experience with C#Hands-on experience with WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation)Solid backend development experienceExperience working with enterprise applications or portal applicationsAbility to work in a complex enterprise integration environmentStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsPreferred SkillsExposure to Angular or front-end technologiesExperience supporting call center applications or customer service platformsPrior experience working on system/platform integrations
