This role is the operational engine of the business—connecting world‐class craftsmanship with disciplined project and business management to ensure every automotive masterpiece is delivered on time, on budget, and at an exceptional standard. Reporting directly to the owner, you will oversee a team of 10 highly skilled specialists working on classic restorations, custom builds, and high‐end repairs. Key Responsibilities* Manage project workflow, timelines, and milestones for high‐end restorations and custom builds * Oversee business operations including billing, vendor relationships, purchasing, and budget tracking * Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of mechanics, fabricators, body technicians, and painters * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing professional updates and managing expectations * Improve and refine shop processes to increase productivity without compromising craftsmanship * Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure consistent profitabilityRequired Qualifications* Experience managing a restoration, custom build, or high‐end automotive shop * Strong financial understanding, including P&L, labor margins, and budget management * Deep knowledge xhqgsiq of the automotive restoration process and project management best practices * Proven leadership ability with experience guiding and developing skilled teams * Excellent communication, organizational, and customer‐service skills * Genuine passion for car culture and preserving automotive historyPreferred Qualifications* Interest in long‐term ownership or partnership opportunities * Experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams in a shop environmentNote: Compensation and benefits will be based on experience.
