Job Description Top Secret Customs & Restorations seeks a high-octane General Manager to lead our elite team in a custom build restoration shop. This role bridges the workshop's craftsmanship with business operations, ensuring timeless automotive masterpieces are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Reporting directly to the owner, you will oversee a team of 10 specialists focused on classic car restorations, custom builds, and high-end repairs, driving the business forward with passion and precision.Responsibilities* Manage workflow and project milestones for high-end restorations and custom builds * Oversee business operations, billing, vendor relationships, and budget tracking * Lead, mentor, and schedule mechanics, fabricators, bodymen and painters. * Serve as primary contact for clients, providing updates and managing expectations professionally * Refine shop processes to improve productivity without compromising craftsmanship * Manage budgets and monitor financial performance to maintain profitabilityRequired Qualifications* Experience in restoration, custom build, or high-end automotive shop management * Strong financial acumen with an understanding of P&L, labor margins, and budget management * Deep knowledge of the automotive restoration process and project management * Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor skilled teams * Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills * Passion for car culture and commitment to preserving automotive historyPreferred Qualifications* Ownership partnership potential aligned with company growth * Experience overseeing skilled employees in a shop environmentNOTE: Actual pay and benefits will depend on ex[pperence.
