(ACS) is seeking top performers for positions for Texas RPLS. ACS has offices in Temple and Georgetown.This role involves working in a team environment with existing and new clients from all industry types who utilize our professional surveying services. Clients include municipalities, county governments, private land developers and builders, commercial construction contractors, as well as civil engineers and architects.The ideal candidate must possess the following knowledge, experience, and qualities:MUST be a Texas RPLSKnowledge of robotic total stations, RTK GPS, conventional levels, topographic and boundary work required.Strong topography processing skills are needed.Strong Construction layout preparation and checking skills are needed.Preparation of acreage or residential boundary surveys, from start to finish, including research, processing field data, analysis, and typing of metes and boundsExperience with Carlson AutoCAD and Trimble GPS and Robotic optical equipment is preferred.The ability to personally and independently produce work is a must.The ability to lead and be a part of a team of experienced survey CAD technicians and great field personnel and work with the owner and management team is a must.Leadership skills and capabilities desired.Maintaining accurate project status.Strong verbal/written communication skills.Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.Possess strong organizational skills.Ability to be a team player under all conditions.Ability to perform all duties with integrity and respect at all timesWe are definitely seeking someone with excellent communication skills and a positive personality. We would love to meet with you!Experience: AN ASSOCIATE'S OR BACHELOR'S DEGREE IS PREFERRED, BUT PREVIOUS WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE WILL BE STRONGLY CONSIDERED.VERIFIABLE REFERENCES ARE REQUIRED. Must have 5+ years of experience in land surveying and CAD production.Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00+ per year - Compensation varies depending on experience, education, and professional certification or license.
