Pennsylvania OVR Transition Coordinator is a full-time, remote position based in Scranton, PA, responsible for supporting students with disabilities in their transition to employment and independence through collaboration with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement transition programming for adolescents aged 14-21 Coordinate career exploration and job readiness experiences Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with program standards Required Qualifications Experience working with adolescents and individuals with disabilities Knowledge of vocational rehabilitation processes and community resources Ability to collaborate with educational and community partners Strong organizational skills for managing documentation and compliance Must be based in the Scranton, PA area
