Key Responsibilities Screen electronic case files to identify potential eligibility for SSA benefit programs Provide expert advice and guidance to case workers on benefit-related matters Develop and file applications with the SSA, managing pending applications and maintaining records Required Qualifications Associate degree or 2 years of relevant experience Preferred background in human services or the public sector Experience with Social Security programs is beneficial
