Job Description Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Night ShiftLeesburg Full-Time | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Every Other Weekend Required Starting Pay: $31.00/hour Minimum Experience: 1 YearPosition OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our behavioral health and substance abuse treatment team in Leesburg, Florida. This role provides direct nursing care and medication management services for adults, adolescents, and children receiving treatment for substance abuse and mental health disorders.The ideal candidate is experienced in behavioral health settings, demonstrates strong clinical judgment, and is passionate about supporting patients through recovery and stabilization.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to patients with mental health and substance abuse disordersAdminister and monitor medications in accordance with physician orders and treatment plansComplete nursing assessments, documentation, and ongoing patient monitoringObserve and report changes in patient behavior, condition, or response to treatmentAssist with crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessaryCollaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to support patient care goalsEnsure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and state regulationsMaintain accurate medical records and medication administration documentationQualificationsCurrent Florida LPN license in good standingMinimum of 1 year of nursing experience requiredExperience in behavioral health, psychiatric care, detox, or substance abuse treatment preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively with adults, adolescents, and childrenCPR certification preferredSchedule & Benefits12-hour night shiftsEvery other weekend requiredCompetitive pay at $31/hourSupportive team environmentOpportunity to make a meaningful impact in behavioral health and recovery servicesHow to ApplyInterested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume and credentials for consideration.
