Commercial Litigation Attorney

Innovative Driven is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney to join the team at one of our most well-respected law firm clients! This role requires sophisticated commercial litigation experience.RESPONSIBILITIES:Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, arbitrations, and appeals.Prepare for and attend depositions.Effectively communicate with courts, clients, and adversaries.Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, Orders to Show Cause, and other pleadings.Manage a diverse caseload of complex commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.Conduct comprehensive legal research and support senior counsel.REQUIREMENTS:JD from an accredited law school.Bar admission to NY; NJ is preferred.Minimum four years of sophisticated commercial litigation experience.Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
