We are seeking an experienced SSRS Report Developer to support reporting and analytics across mortgage servicing and loan origination functions. This role focuses on building, enhancing, and maintaining operational and executive-facing reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and enterprise mortgage data systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain SSRS reports and dashboards supporting:Loan origination (applications, pipeline, underwriting, funding)Mortgage servicing (payments, escrow, delinquency, payoff, investor reporting)Write complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to extract, transform, and present reporting dataCollaborate with business stakeholders (servicing, origination, compliance, finance) to gather and translate reporting requirements into technical solutionsEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting outputsOptimize report performance and troubleshoot data/reporting issuesSupport ad hoc reporting requests and build reusable reporting componentsDocument report logic, data sources, and business definitionsAssist with data validation, reconciliation, and audit/regulatory reporting support as neededRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience developing reports using SSRSStrong proficiency with SQL Server and T-SQLExperience working with financial data, such as lending, mortgage, or similar transactional datasetsAbility to translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutionsExperience validating data and resolving discrepanciesPreferred QualificationsExperience with common mortgage platforms (e.g., LOS or servicing systems)Familiarity with regulatory reporting (e.g., HMDA, compliance, investor reporting)Exposure to data warehousing concepts (ETL processes, dimensional modeling)Background in financial services, lending, or mortgage environments
