At TW Constructors, we build more than facilities, we build community support and success.The RoleTW Constructors is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for hyperscale data center projects across the country. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of mission-critical facilities that demand the highest levels of reliability, scalability, and performance. The MEP Manager will serve as the general contractor’s technical authority for all MEP scopes, driving integration between design, construction, commissioning, and turnover. You will work closely with owners, design partners, trade contractors, and internal project teams to ensure systems are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with stringent quality and uptime requirements.ResponsibilitiesLead all MEP planning, coordination, and execution for hyperscale data center projects from preconstruction through turnoverManage and oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage systemsServe as the primary point of contact for MEP trade partners, design engineers, commissioning agents, and owner representativesDrive constructability reviews, system sequencing, and installation strategies aligned with data center phasing and energization plansOversee MEP scheduling, procurement, long-lead equipment tracking, and logistics planningEnsure strict adherence to mission-critical standards, including redundancy (N, N+1, 2N), resiliency, and uptime requirementsLead MEP coordination meetings, clash detection efforts, and BIM-based coordination processesPartner with commissioning teams to support Level 1–5 commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), and owner acceptanceMonitor quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standardsSupport cost management, change control, and value engineering initiatives related to MEP scopesMentor project engineers and field staff, promoting best practices in mission-critical constructionTravel is requiredQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field of study5+ years of experience managing MEP systems for large-scale construction projectsDirect experience delivering hyperscale or mission-critical data centers as a general contractor strongly preferredProven expertise in electrical and mechanical systems for data centers, including power distribution, UPS, generators, cooling systems, and controlsExperience managing multi-trade MEP teams on fast-paced, technically complex projectsStrong understanding of BIM/VDC coordination, commissioning processes, and system turnoverAbility to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and engineering drawingsExcellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to interface confidently with owners and executive stakeholdersWillingness to travel or relocate based on project needsProcore certified or working knowledge and skill in ProcoreBIM 360 certified or working knowledge and skill in BIM 360Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi floor scaffolding.Ability to lift objects at least 50lbs.We are a drug free work place, must be able to pass pre and random drug testsSelf-motivated and able to lead and motivate team membersThoughtful and confident decision making skills with high ethical standardsGood interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalismProblem solving skills and the ability to think and react quickly under pressureService-oriented approach in working with owners, co-workers, and any joint venture partnersStrong attention to detail and high level of organizationReliable, dependable and professional with a strong sense of urgencyWhy People Choose TW ConstructorsTW Constructors is committed to creating an inclusive, supportive, and safe workplace where people feel connected, valued, and able to reach their full potential.
