Travel Safety Manager – ConstructionHaskell, TX$30–$35/hourLots of Overtime Available️ Camp Lodging & Meals Provided$140/Day Per Diem – 7 Days a WeekA growing construction company is seeking an experienced Travel Safety Manager to oversee and enforce safety procedures on an active construction project in Haskell, Texas. This position is ideal for a hands-on safety professional who is comfortable traveling, working long hours, and maintaining a strong safety culture in the field.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and enforce all OSHA and company safety standards on-siteConduct daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and site inspectionsInvestigate incidents, near misses, and safety concernsMaintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance recordsEnsure employees and subcontractors follow all PPE and site safety requirementsAssist with safety training and onboarding for new workersIdentify hazards and implement corrective actions immediatelyWork closely with project managers and field supervisors to maintain a safe jobsiteQualificationsPrevious construction safety management experience requiredStrong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standardsOSHA 30 required; additional certifications are a plusAbility to travel and stay on-site during project durationBilingual strongly preferred (Spanish/English)Excellent communication and leadership skillsExperience working in industrial or commercial construction environments preferredCompensation & Benefits$30–$35 hourly depending on experienceSignificant overtime opportunities$140/day per diem paid 7 days a weekCamp housing providedMeals provided on-site
