Job Title: Paid Campaign ManagerLocation: Boca Raton, FL (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)Duration: Direct HireSalary Range: $60K to $70K+ (Based on Experience)Job Description:We are seeking a results-driven Paid Campaign Manager to lead and optimize high-budget, multi-channel digital campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion performance. This role requires a hands-on performance marketer who can manage full-funnel campaigns, drive measurable ROI, and continuously improve campaign efficiency through data-driven strategies.The ideal candidate brings strong experience across paid social, search, and native platforms, with a proven ability to manage significant monthly budgets, execute testing strategies, and scale campaigns effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns across platforms, exposure/experience is all Social media/ Social media adds/Adds Campaign/ Social media marketing etc Develop and implement performance-driven strategies focused on lead generation, conversion optimization, and direct response funnelsManage and scale monthly budgets of $50K+ with strong focus on pacing, forecasting, and ROI optimizationMonitor and optimize key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and lead qualityExecute A/B testing across creatives, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve performanceEnsure accurate tracking and attribution through GA4, GTM, and CRM integrationsAnalyze campaign data and deliver actionable insights and performance reports to stakeholdersCollaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop and scale high-performing ad creatives and landing pagesIdentify new growth opportunities across channels, audiences, and campaign structuresQualifications3–7+ years of hands-on experience in paid media or performance marketingProven experience managing monthly ad budgets of $50K or moreStrong expertise across paid social, paid search, and native advertising platformsDemonstrated success in lead generation, conversion optimization, and direct response marketingHands-on experience with GA4, GTM, and campaign tracking/attribution toolsStrong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and performance optimizationAbility to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and reporting skillsPreferred:Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or political campaignsFamiliarity with subscription funnels, CRO strategies, and landing page optimizationIdeal Candidate ProfilePerformance-driven marketer with a strong focus on ROI and measurable outcomesExperienced in managing and scaling high-budget campaigns across multiple channelsData-driven decision maker with deep understanding of attribution and funnel performanceHands-on operator who can independently execute, optimize, and scale campaignsStrong problem-solver with a testing mindset and continuous improvement approachComfortable working onsite in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentDexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
