Their reputation is built on trust, accountability, and consistent execution across a diverse range of projects.Job DescriptionProvide overall leadership and accountability for construction operations across all active projects.Lead, mentor, and support Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership teams.Establish and enforce company standards for safety, quality, scheduling, and cost control.Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, staffing, and long-term growth initiatives.Oversee staffing plans, manpower allocation, and leadership development across the organization.Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and key subcontractors.Support preconstruction efforts including constructability reviews, budgeting strategy, and logistics planning.Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, and risk management.Serve as escalation point for project challenges, contract issues, and client concerns.Drive operational consistency while supporting expansion into new markets and sectors.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
