The Construction Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include managing budgets and schedules, coordinating construction activities, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and supervising project teams to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety regulations.QualificationsFive Years or Greater Experience in Construction Project Management and Construction ManagementStrong skills in Project Coordination and Project ManagementExpertise in Budgeting and resource allocation for construction projectsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesEffective communication and leadership skills for managing teams and collaborating with stakeholdersKnowledge of safety regulations and best practices in constructionBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferredProficiency in construction management software and project scheduling tools is an advantage
