EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia Hospital Bed size: 11 ORs in main hospital. 2 in the ambulatory center Special Procedures: Locums do not medically direct CRNAs Practice Setting: Hospital Ambulatory Surgery Center Requirements: Board Certification: BC or BE in Anesthesiology required License Required: Active AZ license - IMLC Only Certifications Required: ACLS, PALS Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
