This is a hybrid position based out of our West Warwick, RI corporate headquarters. The Account Manager plays a key role in managing customer accounts and ensuring the accurate setup and execution of product orders under the direction of the Senior Product Manager. This position serves as the primary liaison between suppliers and internal teams, overseeing product data management, documentation review, and order coordination.What you'll do:Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of product ordersEnter and maintain accurate product information for accounts, including SKUs, costs, pricing, weights, dimensions, and supplier details for imported itemsReview all vendor and customer orders to confirm item specifications and documentation requirementsSet-up and maintain organized customer account records in SharePointCommunicate order information such as cost and delivery dates to internal cross-functional teamsCoordinate and track sample requests from suppliers for the sales teamMonitor packaging requirements and coordinate with suppliers to secure timely approvals and on-time shipments of these itemsCollaborate with the Compliance team to confirm all product testing requirements are met prior to shipmentManage a high volume of emails, promptly researching and resolving issues as they arise to maintain smooth account operationsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and perform all other duties as directed by the Senior Product ManagerWhat you'll have:An associate degree is required; a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
