Your responsibilities will include:Drafting polished emails and correspondence for all levels of an organizationManaging calendars, meetings, and day-to-day administrative tasks proactivelyCreating, editing, printing, and binding documents, spreadsheets, and presentationsSorting and distributing incoming mail and processing outgoing/overnight shipmentsManaging office and cafe supply inventoryActing as the point-of-contact with the office of the building to coordinate visitor access and service needsProviding backup reception servicesWhat We're Looking For2-4 years of experience in a similar administrative roleExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsDiscretion and sound judgement in confidential situationsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeProfessional phone and email etiquetteAbility to work occasional overtime when neededCollege degree preferredWhy Amata Management?Work with a respected professional services firmBe part of a collaborative, supportive, and growth-minded teamCompetitive salary based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays401(k) Salary Range: $19.25-$22.15 per hour
