It is hands-on as each day you will be executing, organizing, and optimizing—not just planning. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES  Content & Campaign Execution  Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and demand across CMP’s core services and sub-brands. Create and manage content across channels, with a focus on LinkedIn and email Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure consistent execution Translate ideas from leadership and subject matter experts into usable marketing content Track and share campaign performance and recommend improvements Website & Digital Presence Maintain and improve CMP’s website and digital resources to ensure content is current, clear, and effective. Update web pages, blogs, and resources Support landing page creation and content updates Assist with SEO and content optimization efforts  Sales & Brand Collateral Create materials that help our teams communicate clearly and consistently with clients. Develop and update presentations, one-pagers, and marketing collateral Ensure brand consistency across materials  Marketing Operations & Tools Help keep marketing systems organized and running smoothly. Support use of marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, SEMRush, GoogleAds) Maintain campaign assets, lists, and reporting  Brand Visibility & Credibility Support activities that strengthen CMP’s presence and reputation. Manage CMP presence on third-party review platforms, including: Google Reviews, G2, SHRM, Gartner Partner Reviews Assist with press releases, award submissions, and publication coordination  QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years of digital/online marketing experience Strong writing and editing skills Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously Highly detail and outcome oriented Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Ads marketing tools Graphic design and slide-editing experience (Canva, PowerPoint) Exposure to SEO and paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative  NICE TO HAVE Experience with data analysis & SEO and content & funnel management Experience working with executive-level stakeholders Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing organization Graphic design experience in Core Adobe Suite  WHY THIS ROLE MATTERSThis is more than a marketing role—it is an opportunity to shape how CMP’s expertise is seen, felt, and experienced in the world.
