We celebrate our successes together, work hard, have fun, and treat one another with respect.Who You AreThe Digital Marketing Specialist is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for bringing DIRTT’s digital marketing strategy to life across all digital channels. Working in close collaboration with the Director of Marketing, this individual translates business goals and department strategies into well-executed digital programs that move prospects through the customer journey and supports increased conversion.This role requires expertise in both strategy and execution. The ideal candidate is someone who thinks business first, contributes meaningfully to campaign strategy, and owns end-to-end execution. They are organized, analytically minded, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and daily operational responsibilities simultaneously.What You’ll DoMarketing Automation Management:Serve as the day-to-day manager of DIRTT’s HubSpot platform, including campaign architecture, platform administration, and reportingAssist the Director of Marketing in executing database maintenance, cleanup, and audience segmentation to ensure list health and targeting accuracyBuild and manage email marketing campaigns across all types: drip sequence (time-based), lead nurture (behavioral-based), promotional outbound, thought leadership, and e-newsletterDevelop and maintain landing pages, forms, and email templates within HubSpotManage lead scoring, audience segmentation, and marketing lifecycle stages to ensure leads are properly tracked through the marketing funnel, and report regularly on platform and database performance, campaign activity, and overall digital metrics within HubSpotInbound Lead Management:Manage all digital inbound lead inquiries daily within HubSpot, ensuring accurate qualification and timely routing of MQLs to the Sales teamCross-reference inbound leads against Salesforce data to prevent duplication of records already active in the pipeline, and ensuring clean and efficient lead flow between marketing and salesReport regularly on marketing lead pipeline activity to the Director of Marketing to monitor marketing funnel health and identify issues in the MQL to Sales processServe as a collaborative point of contact for the Sales team on inbound lead questions and challengesCustomer Journey Campaign Execution:Contribute to the development of digital campaigns that support marketing leads across Awareness, Consideration, and Decision stages of the customer marketing journey with DIRTTExecute approved campaign plans across relevant digital channels, managing timelines, assets, and performance, from launch through reportingDevelop strategic campaign briefs and execution plans that align digital tactics to defined audience segments and business goalsSEO Management:Serve as the primary, internal, day-to-day liaison with third party SEO/SEM agenciesDevelop content briefs based on agency-directed content strategy recommendations, working with internal content development team member(s) to executeCoordinate on-page SEO updates and optimizations based on agency recommendationsMonitor organic search performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and other toolsStay current on evolving SEO best practices, including the impact of AI-generated search results on organic visibility and content strategyAnalytics, Reporting, and Performance Management:Build and deliver regular performance reports across all digital channels, including email, organic search, paid media, and HubSpot campaign activityTranslate data into clear, actionable insights for marketing leadership, clearly communicating what is working, what is not, and recommended stepsTrack and report on defined KPIs tied to lead generation, marketing funnel contribution, and campaign engagement metricsWhat You’ll BringRequired Qualifications5-8 years of hands-on B2B digital marketing experience, with demonstrated depth across marketing automation, email marketing, and SEO program managementProficiency in HubSpot or an equivalent enterprise marketing automation platform requiredSolid working knowledge of SEO principles, GA4, and Google Search Console. Experience with Google Data Studio is a plus.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneouslyClear written communication skills, including the ability to write campaign briefs, develop content plans, and report on performance to leadership. B2B copywriting skills are a plus.Customer-first mindset with the ability to align digital tactics to audience needs across the entire customer buying journeyBachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experienceThis is a hybrid role requiring three days per week on-site at the DIRTT Experience Center in Dallas.
