Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, school personnel, and referral sources to coordinate holistic care. Maintain accurate and timely case documentation, updating records as needed. Identify and report special cases such as child abuse, neglect, or truancy to appropriate authorities and provide follow-up counseling. Actively contribute to a multidisciplinary team focused on improving student health outcomes.
