Job Title: .NET & SQL Server (SSIS) DeveloperPay Rate: $57/HR / H1b - 54 hr on W2Duration: 12 monthsLocation: Columbus, OH or Las Colinas, TXWe are seeking an experienced .NET & SQL Server (SSIS) Developer to support enterprise data integration and database solutions. This role focuses on building and maintaining ETL processes, optimizing SQL Server databases, and supporting data movement across enterprise systems.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SQL Server and SSIS, along with familiarity supporting .NET-based applications in a production environment. This is a data-focused engineering role supporting critical business applications and enterprise integrations.Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server database objects including stored procedures, functions, and optimized queriesDevelop, maintain, and troubleshoot SSIS packages and ETL/data integration workflowsSupport data movement, batch processing, and enterprise integration processesMonitor and troubleshoot production issues related to databases, ETL jobs, and data pipelinesWork with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data solutionsSupport existing .NET-based applications by assisting with debugging and integration issues (as needed)Participate in code reviews, documentation, testing, and deployment activitiesFollow enterprise standards for development, security, and data governanceRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in SQL Server developmentStrong hands-on experience with SSIS package development and supportStrong SQL skills (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)Experience supporting enterprise data integration or ETL processesFamiliarity with .NET/C# applications for support or troubleshooting purposesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise environmentStrong communication and collaboration skillNice to Have Skills & Experience7+ years of overall software or data engineering experienceFinancial services or banking industry experienceExperience with batch processing systemsExperience with source control (Git, TFS) and CI/CD pipelinesExperience working in distributed or global teamsExposure to modern data integration tools or cloud data platforms
