RN (Contractor)

RN Contractors are a critical part of the agency and must have experience working in the home health setting. We are looking for individuals that are versatile and dependable. Individuals must have the following:Must hold a current license as a Registered Nurse from the Virginia State Board of Nursing.Must have experience working in a home care agency.Job Duties:Complete initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments for client admissions.Create patient plan of care and reevaluate as necessary.Identify any additional patient needs and facilitate appropriate referrals.Complete clinical nurse notes in their entirety.Facilitate monthly home visits for skilled care.Additional duties as assigned.Schedule: PRN- As NeededInitial Client Admission $125Client Reassessment: $75Monthly (Skilled and PDN) Patient Home Visit/quarterly visits: $40Plan of Care Review: $50Monthly Staff In-Service Training: $50Staff Training Class: $200Skilled Hourly: $50Private Duty: $50Personal Care and Respite 60 day visits/home visit/quarterly visits: $35
