This is a unique opportunity to shape our outbound sales process from the ground up, working directly with our founding team in a high-impact, high-visibility role.As our first SDR, you won't just be following a playbook, you'll be helping write it. You'll have the autonomy to experiment, the support to succeed, and the opportunity to grow into leadership as we scale.WHAT YOU'LL DO- Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and creative outreach)- Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers in B2B SaaS, revenue operations, and product teams- Book qualified meetings for our Account Executive team- Collaborate on messaging, positioning, and ideal customer profile refinement- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and track key performance metrics- Provide market feedback to help shape our product and go-to-market strategy- Experiment with new channels and tactics to optimize our outbound motionWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- 1-2+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or related role (B2B SaaS experience preferred)- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Self-starter mentality—comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch- Coachable, curious, and eager to learn- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Familiarity with modern sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)- Genuine interest in technology and helping companies leverage AIBONUS POINTS- Previous experience at an early-stage startup or as an early sales hire- Understanding of conversational intelligence, revenue operations, or sales enablement space- Experience selling to product managers, sales leaders, or RevOps professionalsWHAT WE OFFER- Competitive salary ($70,000 - $90,000 OTE)- Fully remote work environment—work from anywhere- Opportunity to shape our sales process and grow into leadership- Direct mentorship from our founding team- Equity options in a fast-growing company- Flexible PTO policy- Health, dental, and vision insurance- Home office stipend- Professional development budgetWHY JOIN CONVOV NOW?This is your chance to be a high impact, early employee in our organization.
