This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-service driven, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.This position will primarily be based at the front desk while also assisting the Store Manager with administrative and operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate will help create an exceptional guest experience, support daily studio flow, assist with team accountability, and help ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently day-to-day.ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & Front Bar OperationsGreet guests in a friendly, professional, and timely mannerCreate a welcoming, modern, and inclusive environment for every clientManage front desk operations including check-in/check-out, appointment booking, phone calls, emails, and client communicationMaintain an organized and efficient daily scheduleSupport a high level of customer service and ensure FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards are consistently upheldAssist in resolving client questions and concerns professionallyHelp maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocking standards throughout the studioAdministrative & Operational SupportSupport the Store Manager with day-to-day operational and administrative tasksAssist with scheduling adjustments, break coverage, and daily studio flowHelp maintain inventory counts, supply ordering, shipment organization, and back bar stockingAssist with task management, reporting, and operational follow-throughHelp ensure company procedures, sanitation standards, and compliance requirements are followedAccurately complete timekeeping and operational proceduresSales & Client RetentionEducate clients on services, memberships, retail products, and promotionsRecommend skincare products confidently and effectivelySupport studio goals related to retail sales, memberships, rebooking, and guest retentionHelp identify opportunities to improve guest experience and operational efficiencyTeam Support & TrainingAssist with onboarding and training Front Bar team members on systems, customer service expectations, and daily proceduresHelp maintain consistency in front desk standards and client experienceSupport ongoing communication and accountability within the teamAttend mandatory trainings and team meetingsMarketing & Community SupportAssist with in-store promotions, events, and community outreach effortsSupport social media content creation and local marketing initiatives as neededHelp maintain on-brand promotional materials and studio presentationQualifications1–2 years of customer service, administrative, receptionist, leadership, or operations experience preferredPrevious salon, spa, med spa, wellness, or beauty industry experience preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentSales-minded with confidence recommending products and membershipsPositive attitude with strong attention to detailComfortable with technology, scheduling software, and administrative tasksAvailability for some evenings, weekends, and eventsJob Type: Full timeBenefits + Growth Opportunities Growth opportunities through a structured management training program Ongoing education and product training Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding national brand Team oriented and positive work environment
