HR Coordinator
Location: White Plains, NY (100% in-office)Compensation: $55-60kWe're looking for a motivated and organized HR Coordinator to support our recruitment team and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.What You'll DoGuide candidates through a positive, seamless experience from first contact to their first dayAccurately process new hire paperwork for both internal and external applicantsSchedule HR and Occupational Health appointments and make sure onboarding documents are ready to goBe a reliable, friendly point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and leadershipVerify candidate credentials and licensesRun background checks (SEL, SCR, CHRC, and others as needed) and conduct reference checksShare clear, helpful information about benefits, PTO, and retirement plans (Union and Nonunion)Build solid working relationships with hiring managers, departments, and university partners to support recruiting across all facilitiesHelp recruiters with prescreening, interview scheduling, and hiring eventsKeep candidate data accurate and up to date in our applicant tracking system (HealthCare Source)Stay current on Pre-Employment Guidelines and ensure compliance with State and Federal regulationsJump in on special projects and other duties as neededWhat We're Looking ForStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data and findings clearlyComfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting gears when neededDetail-oriented with solid problem-solving and critical thinking skillsAble to work independently and collaborate well with colleagues across departmentsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook) #INMAR2026
