Entry Level Shop Technician

What This Job Actually Is You\'ll report to our shop every morning andwork with our experienced door team fabricating cold storage swing andsliding doors from the ground up. You\'ll help with measuring, cutting,assembly, sheet metal handling, and hardware installation ? and as yougrow, you\'ll build the skills to produce a complete door on your own.This is construction work not HVAC, not electrical, not refrigerationrepair. This is not warehouse work. This is not seasonal. This isfull-time, year-round shop fabrication with a clear path forward forpeople who show up and work hard.
