Surgical Physician Assistant

*Position Overview* St. Louis Pain Consultants is a respected, patient-centered interventional pain management practice with multiple convenient locations across the St. Louis region. We are seeking a motivated *Physician Assistant* to join our growing team. This role works closely with our physicians to deliver comprehensive, procedure-focused pain management care.Experience in pain management or office-based procedures is helpful, but *we are willing to train* the right candidate who is eager to learn interventional techniques and build expertise in this specialty. Our practice values compassion, efficiency, teamwork, and a strong commitment to restoring patient function and quality of life.*Key Responsibilities** Perform patient evaluations, including histories, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments. * Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement individualized state of the art pain interventional management treatment plans. * Assist with and, over time, perform office-based interventional procedures such as injections, nerve blocks, and ultrasound-guided techniques (training provided). * Provide pre- and post-procedure patient education and follow-up care. * Manage ongoing patient visits, medication monitoring, and treatment progress. * Document all patient encounters thoroughly and accurately in the electronic medical record. * Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support efficient clinic workflow. * Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to treat chronic pain conditions including spinal disorders, neuropathic pain, degenerative joint disease, and other musculoskeletal conditions. * Contribute to a compassionate, patient-first environment with timely access to care and excellent service standards.Job Type: Full-timePay: $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 per yearBenefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insuranceExperience: * surgical or pain management: 2 years (Preferred)License/Certification: * PA-C (Required)Work Location: In person by Jobble
