Responsibilities: Support AMER Operations and the Chief of Staff office to define and execute the 2022-2025 GTS Strategic plan and in elevating the budget & reporting capabilities.Strategy & Project ManagementIn collaboration with the AMER Operations Chief of Staff, develop and lead strategic initiatives to support the 2022-2025 GTS plans, where possibleCollaborate directly and indirectly with métiers and functions across the AMER platform to identify areas of improvement and solutions to drive operational efficiencyDemonstrate a strong business acumen with a good understanding of business drivers with the ability to provide support for the executive teamPresent business cases and initiatives to local and global management (as needed) to sponsor initiatives.Collaborating with the Head of Operations Transformation in the design and delivery of an automated dynamic transversal Operations dashboard to monitor key metrics across the Operation platform, including client metrics and views.Budgeting and ReportingFull reconciliation and preparation through to executive presentation packaging of AMER Operations Financial Budget & headcount reporting requirements throughout the calendar yearCoordination across all Amer geographies - Argentina, Brazil ,Canada. Colombia, Mexico & USA - to ensure consistent reporting and formatting of Operations budget and headcount while allowing for country specifics and nuancesOrganize and chair a monthly Budget and headcount review for Amer Operations ExCoLiaison for all Amer headcount requests, priorities, submissions, and approvals for recruitmentReconciliation and verification of all SLA, transfer pricing and intercompany invoicing for US Operations, and ensuring correct coding and allocationReporting on US location strategy and coordinating floor, office and building moves as requiredAutomating, as far as possible, turn-key analytical budget data to provide status, trend analysis on demand, and the ability to simulate budget and headcount impact scenarios connected to strategic initiativesMinimum Required Qualifications:3-5 years' experience with elements of project management and or Financial / Budget reportingSuccess in the role demands a strong strategic and analytical orientationExcellent verbal communication and presentation skills with best in class project managementPreferred Qualifications:The candidate must good interpersonal skills and be/become adept at interacting at with the ITO Q&E and local/global Operations and COO organizations, with an ability to successfully manage business and stakeholder relationshipsExceptional verbal communication and executive gravitasBest in class documentation and presentation skillsSuccessful at managing business and stakeholder relationships, potentially including client facing relationshipsGood influencing skills to get things done; s/he must have a collaborative approach with the ability to partner with cross-functional business leaders across the global enterpriseMotivated to react with a sense of urgency to requests requiring immediate prioritizationAutonomous style with an ability to manage competing demands / prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneouslyGood escalation management, conflict management and negotiation skillsBe a role model, supporting and fostering a culture of good conduct.
