Role DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SoftWave Technician Trainee to join our growing clinic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in healthcare, sports performance, rehabilitation, or medical technology who wants hands-on experience in a clinical setting.No prior SoftWave experience is required. The selected candidate will receive direct training from our internationally board-certified chiropractic physician and our experienced clinical team.ResponsibilitiesExecute the treatment plans put in place by the doctorGet certified in clinic Assisting with administrative/front office duties Assist the doctor and current technicians during SoftWave treatmentsTrain to properly operate SoftWave therapy equipmentSupport clinic workflow to ensure a smooth and positive patient experienceMaintain a professional, organized, and patient-centered clinical environmentThis role is designed as a structured training pathway. The technician trainee will first gain a strong understanding of clinic operations and patient documentation before progressing to hands-on training with SoftWave technology.QualificationsInterested in healthcare, anatomy, or medical technologyStrong organizational and communication skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to learn clinical documentation systemsProfessional demeanor with a patient-first mindset and positive attitudeComfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment, showcasing time management skillsIdeal CandidateYou are a hard worker with great time management skills.
