Role Description As Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Tableicity, you will lead the strategic direction, development, and execution of our technology initiatives. This full-time, on-site role in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area involves managing software development, overseeing IT architecture, driving product development, and ensuring that technological resources align with the company’s business goals. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, defining and implementing scalable IT strategies, and staying at the forefront of emerging technology trends to maintain competitive advantage. Qualifications Proficiency in Software Development and experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.Strong Project Management and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.Expertise in IT Strategy and innovative thinking to align technology solutions with business objectives.In-depth knowledge of IT Architecture, systems integration, and scalability solutions.Experience in Product Development, including designing, launching, and improving tech-driven products.Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience in the fintech or enterprise software sector is a strong advantage.Passion for creating privacy-focused and scalable technology solutions.
