Role : QA SDET Automation ( Java + Selenium )Location : Chicago, IL ( Need Locals /Day1 Onsite )Exp Req : 7-8 YrsDuration : 12 MonthsResponsibilities : Need strong hands on coding experience ( JAVA + SELENIUM + Automation )Deliver enterprise software testing projects and programs with an automation-first approachCollaborate with Quality Managers and Quality Leads to implement quality governance, quality gates, risk assessment, production signoffs, and key metrics (KPIs)Lead the design and implementation of automation and manual test strategies using best practices and standardsCollaborate with software developers and QE analysts to identify system requirements and ensure quality from test planning to production deploymentOwn and maintain automation artifacts, tools, licenses, and frameworks; govern automation standards and best practicesConduct automation audits and assess ROIManage and mitigate testing-related risks and issuesIdentify, maintain, and track testing KPIs; own Power BI reportsIntegrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines
