Position Overview:We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager/Floor Sommelier to join our leadership team. This hybrid role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives on the floor, has a strong wine background, and is excited to contribute to both service excellence and operational leadership. Key Responsibilities: Support the General Manager in daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, and service execution.   Lead by example on the floor, ensuring exceptional guest experiences at all times Maintain the wine program in collaboration with Nicolas, with a focus on wine room organization.  Provide tableside wine service & pairing recommendations. Train and mentor front-of-house staff on service standards, wine knowledge, and hospitality. Assist with cost control, inventory & wine room organization. Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment. Qualifications: 1-2+ years of management experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant.
