This role serves as a direct supervisor and key resource for the bar, kitchen, and security teams, providing guidance and hands-on support as needed. You are consistently present on the floor during service, using the company's mission and guiding principles to inform decisions and help shape team culture. You also partner with the General Manager, 16OC Beverage Director, and shared services team to support event programming and activations. Additional Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:LeadershipAct as a standard bearer for the Moneygun brand, serving as the host of the party during service and ensuring all hourly staff reflect the same FOH "hospitotally" and level of service Maintain a consistent, professional presence as a leader for the teamPartner with the GM and AGM to execute regular training sessions to build the service team's knowledge and skill setMaintain clear communication across kitchen, bar prep, security, and FOH teams to ensure smooth service executionFinancials / PartnershipsSupport and build relationships with brand partners and distributorsCollaborate on activations and partnerships that drive guest engagement and revenueOperationsLead shifts as Manager on Duty (MOD) 3–5 times per week, including a mix of opening and closing shifts, ensuring strong execution and timely resolution of issuesSupport the GM with scheduling, ensuring schedules are posted at least two weeks in advanceMaintain and update SOPs and operational documents as neededEnsure efficient and consistent opening and closing procedures, with clear ownership across the teamOversee cleanliness and organization across all FOH and BOH spacesAttend weekly manager meetings and follow through on assigned action itemsExecute beverage activations and partnerships, including holidays, menu features, and special eventsIdentify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives through to completionAbout You3+ years of experience managing people in a hospitality environmentExperience working floor service and leading shifts as Manager on Duty (MOD) in a bar or restaurant settingAvailability to work nights and weekends, including MOD shiftsStrong interest in building community within teams and creating a positive guest experienceExperience hiring, training, and developing team membersExperience creating and maintaining SOPs across bar operationsFamiliarity with Toast POS is a plus, but not requiredAbility to stand and walk for extended periods of timeAbility to lift and carry up to 25–50 lbs as neededComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, including late nights and loud settingsPosition Details & BenefitsJob Type: Full-time, ExemptCompensation: $70,000 - $80,000Benefits: Health insurance with employer contribution; voluntary dental, vision, short-termdisability, accident, and hospital coverage; employer-paid life insurance; voluntary life insurance; 401(k) retirement plan with company match; paid parental leave after 1 year of service; Transit benefits through a pre-tax payroll deduction program; unlimited PTO Dining discounts at 16 On Center properties and complimentary or discounted tickets to shows at 16 On Center venues, including Salt Shed, Thalia Hall, SPACE, and Empty Bottle, subject to availability.\n\nMore detail about MONEYGUN part of 16 On Center, please visit https://culinaryagents.com/entities/74683-MONEYGUN
