The Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering high-quality self-perform concrete work while upholding the company's people-first culture and operational excellence.Job DescriptionAs a Project Manager, you will manage all phases of assigned projects while leading teams and maintaining strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include:Lead project execution from contract award through warranty closeoutManage client relationships and align project delivery with contract requirementsCoordinate estimating, scheduling, reporting, and value engineering for self-performed concrete scopesEstablish project goals related to safety, schedule, financial performance, and qualityOversee contract documents, change orders, and field work authorizationsDevelop staffing plans and allocate resources across all project phasesEstablish subcontract scopes, agreements, and performance expectationsLead pre-bid, pre-installation, and coordination meetings with internal teams and trade partnersMonitor jobsite safety and proactively address risks or unsafe behaviorsTrack project financials, analyze costs, and prepare monthly internal and external reportsThe Project Manager is a visible leader on-site and a key driver of successful project outcomes.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
