There is a passion in everything we do, and we are looking for people with similar attributes.Bartender Duties and Responsibilities:Product & cocktail knowledge is a mustEnsure that all beverages are prepared to maintain the quality standards consistently at all times as mandated by the General ManagerPrepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with our standardized drink recipesLearns and knows the menu and how to pair drinks with the food that is offeredRecord food and drink orders accurately and in a timely fashion after receipt into Point of SaleAccept guest payment, process credit card charges and make change (if applicable)Wash and sterilize glasswarePrepare garnishes for drinksMaintains bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beveragesClear and reset tables in the bar/ lounge areaRestock and replenish bar inventory and suppliesMake recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverageMaintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areasReceive and serve food orders to guestsReport all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to the restaurant managerBe available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisorDemonstrate proficient food knowledgeDemonstrate proficient beverage knowledge (Liquor, Wine, and Beer)Perform all duties while following all health department sanitation requirementsAttend training and classes as provided by the Company.
