From sunset dinner cruises to elegant waterfront events, our crew blends polished hospitality, seamless marine operations, and unforgettable waterfront views to create exceptional guest experiences.What You’ll DoCraft classic, specialty, and craft cocktails with consistency and accuracyDeliver warm, polished, guest-focused serviceMaintain par levels, restock bars, and ensure clean, organized workspacesOperate POS systems efficiently and ensure accurate guest billingFollow all alcohol service laws and responsible beverage service standardsMaintain sanitation, hygiene, and department of health compliance and maritime standardsParticipate in safety drills and follow all vessel safety proceduresWork collaboratively to support smooth onboard operationsWhat You Bring2-3 years of bartending experience required; 1-2 years of upscale or high-volume experience preferredStrong cocktail knowledge and ability to work efficiently under pressureExcellent communication and guest-service skillsAbility to follow detailed procedures, recipes, and safety requirementsComfortable working aboard vessels in tight spaces and dynamic environmentsAbility to lift up to 50lbsAvailability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as neededAbility to work onboard for 2–5 hour cruises; occasional extended shifts up to 12 hours Valid Responsible Alcohol Service Certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or state-approved equivalent) preferred upon hire or must be obtained within 2 weeks of hire.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive PayMedical & ancillary benefits (Full-time Employees)401(k) with Employer MatchSubsidized ParkingComplimentary Cruise Tickets & Brand DiscountsReady to Create a Sea of Memories?
