You'll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation for a more connected, compassionate world.About The RoleThe Senior IT Program Manager of Digital Endpoint Management is responsible for governing the configuration, compliance, and enterprise visibility of digital assets. This role ensures that hardware, software, endpoints, and mobility platforms are managed as strategic enterprise assets—optimized for user experience, compliant with licensing and regulatory requirements, and aligned to security and operational standards.The role leads a hybrid operating model that combines strong internal governance and strategic ownership with managed service provider (MSP) capabilities to efficiently scale execution, control costs, and maintain operational consistency.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.Asset Lifecycle & Platform OwnershipDefine enterprise standards for asset onboarding, imaging, tracking, refresh, and decommissioning across all end user asset classesAlign with CMDB leader to ensure accurate, complete, and trusted asset records across endpoints, peripherals, and mobility platformsHybrid Delivery & MSP ManagementDesign and operate a hybrid asset management and endpoint services model leveraging internal teams and MSP resourcesDetermine which activities are retained in-house versus sourced through MSPs to balance cost, scale, and service qualityEstablish clear governance, SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards for MSP-delivered servicesEnsure MSP execution adheres to enterprise policies, security standards, and asset governance controlsContinuously optimize the sourcing strategy to improve efficiency, scalability, and financial outcomesFinancial Control & Cost OptimizationPartner with Finance and Procurement to manage technology asset costs, forecasting, and chargeback/showback modelsIdentify and execute cost optimization opportunities through license reclamation, asset rationalization, refresh optimization, and demand managementProvide executive transparency into asset-related spend, utilization, and value realizationEndpoint, Mobility & Device ManagementGovern enterprise endpoint management for PCs, laptops, and peripheralsOwn lifecycle governance for multi-function devices and industrial printers across office and operational environmentsLead mobile device management (MDM), ensuring security, compliance, and user experience standardsRisk, Security & CompliancePartner with Cybersecurity to ensure assets meet security, patching, and compliance requirementsReduce operational, financial, and cyber risk through strong lifecycle controls and accurate asset visibilitySupport internal and external audits related to asset governance and complianceLeadership & Operating ModelBuild and lead a high-performing endpoint governance teamDevelop internal expertise while leveraging MSP capacity for scale and specialized executionEstablish KPIs, performance metrics, and continuous improvement mechanisms across internal and MSP teamsRequired QualificationsRequires a Bachelors degree and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.Preferred Qualifications10+ years of experience in digital asset management, endpoint management, or technology operations leadershipProven experience operating hybrid delivery models leveraging MSPs or outsourcing partnersStrong understanding of software licensing, vendor audits, and compliance governanceExperience partnering with Finance, Procurement, Security, and Infrastructure teamsDemonstrated ability to drive cost optimization and governance outcomes at scaleExperience with ITAM/ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)Familiarity with Intune, JAMF, configuration managementExperience in global or regulated enterprise environmentsSuccess MeasuresImproved accuracy and trust in asset and configuration dataStrong audit and compliance outcomes with minimal findingsReduced operational and financial risk tied to asset managementHigh satisfaction with endpoint and mobility servicesThe base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
